Delete my data
The iPhone app has no account to delete today — sign-in is built into the app but switched off in the version on the App Store, so it cannot create or hold an account. The my-caddie.com website does have real accounts, and this page is how you remove yours and everything synced to it.

iPhone app
The version of MyCaddie on the App Store cannot create an account or send anything off the phone — its sign-in screen is present but disabled, with no server it could reach. There is no server-side record to delete, because none was ever created.
The round journal you write in the app is saved on the phone only. Delete the app (Settings → General → iPhone Storage, or press and hold the app icon) and those rounds are gone with it — there is nothing left on our side to remove.
If we ever switch app accounts on, we will say so on the privacy notice first, and an in-app "Delete account" control will be available under Account before any data leaves the phone by default.
my-caddie.com website
Signing in on my-caddie.com with a passwordless email or phone code creates a real account. It can hold:
The account panel does not yet have a self-serve delete button. Until it does, email us and we do it by hand — this is a real, honored request, not a form that goes nowhere.
Send it from the email address or phone number on your account, or tell us your public handle, so we can find the right account. Say you want it deleted.
We delete your account row and every record listed above — bag, profile, journal, Quick Log entries, and sign-in identity — from the account backend within 7 days, and reply to confirm once it's done. Public journal pages you had published come down at the same time. This cannot be undone.
If you separately submitted the "Join the founding group" form, that name, email, and note are stored apart from your account and are covered by the same email request if you want them removed too.
Local browser storage
Bag settings drafted before you sign in are saved under browser keys prefixed
caddieai:. Clearing your browser's site data for my-caddie.com removes
those local drafts. It does not delete anything already synced to your account —
use the email request above for that.
